id Beauty, a Paris-based beauty company, has signed an alliance with U.S.-based Fusion Brands, Inc.’s Luxury Fragrance Division. Fusion will be responsible for the introduction and development of id’s internationally established brands in the American market. Skin care line, Rexaline, has initiated a roll-out in Sephora stores and Fruit Forever is scheduled to hit undisclosed retailers in late 2011. Additionally, they will act as the sole distribution channel of id’s exclusive fragrance licenses; including the launch of the premier fragrance from Diane Von Furstenberg in October 2011.

“We are incredibly excited to be partnering with an amazing company that’s already had such incredible success abroad. By working together, I think that our strengths will only multiply and lead to greater growth for id Beauty and the Luxury Fragrance Division,” says Dana Kline, president of Fusion Brand’s Luxury Fragrance Division.

Fusion Brands, Inc. Luxury Fragrance Division was established in 2010 and its portfolio currently includes the fragrances lines of Oscar de la Renta, Betsey Johnson, Paul Smith, Bebe and Nine West. The addition of id’s holdings will contribute to Fusion’s prestige licenses as well as expand the division’s growth. Future launches from the partnership can be expected.
